Shipping policy

Dear Shoppers,

Please note: the estimated shipping cost is shown in your cart as you add or remove items, and it can be found during checkout. This estimate is based on our lowest-price shipping method and assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within Canada. Certain items we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In this case, extra shipping charges may apply.

Estimated Delivery Date

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered, the transit time, and today’s date.

Due to COVID-19 transit times may take longer than expected. These delays are due to volume and safety precautions taken by the Carriers to reduce the risk of exposure.
